Leader and Founder of Charisma International Ministry Prophet Kusi Appiah has revealed that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo–Addo failed many Ghanaians in his government because he abandoned the lord who brought him to the throne.
According to Prophet Kusi Appiah who is a very popular prophet within Kumasi, he knew Akufo-Addo as someone who believed in God but he suddenly abandoned God after winning the election.
“It hurts so much that, when Akufo Addo was struggling to become president, he believed in spiritualties but I don’t know what happened, that made him abandon those things. He doesn’t believe in anything anymore.” Prophet Kusi Appiah revealed this in an interview with Angel FM Kumasi.
He further revealed that the country’s current economic hardship could be attributed to the fact that, the President abandoned God after achieving his dream of ascending to the highest office.
The man of God is of the view the President is under heavy spiritual attacks adding that most of the attacks come from people involved in illegal mining or galamsey.
“Most of his attack comes from people who are actively involved in galamsey and they are very spiritual”, Prophet Kusi Appiah told Kwame Tanko on the show Angel in the Morning.
He further revealed that the President was struck by a strange sickness a few months ago which could end his life but was saved because he implemented the Free SHS policy.
In the midst of these challenges, he is optimistic the President can turn things around if he goes back to the men of God who helped him to become President.
